We aim to present product colours, dimensions, materials, craft details, and images accurately. Screen settings and the handmade or artisanal nature of some products may result in reasonable variations.

Products and services are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, discounts, and the final payable total are shown during checkout.

If a material pricing or description error is identified before fulfilment, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid.

• An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed for prepaid orders or when a cash-on-delivery order is confirmed.
• We may decline or cancel an order for inventory, payment, fraud-prevention, delivery, legal, or pricing reasons. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be refunded.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Their terms may also apply.
• You authorise us and our providers to perform reasonable payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.
• Ownership transfers as permitted by law; risk of loss generally passes when the shipment is delivered to the address supplied by you.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by location, availability, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Our Shipping Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Product-specific conditions shown before purchase take precedence where they provide clearer or more favourable terms.

The Kala Jaaga name, logos, artwork, photographs, copy, design, software, and website content are owned by or licensed to Kala Jaaga and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• Copy, commercially exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse protected content without permission.
• Interfere with security, introduce malicious code, probe systems, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Submit false, unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent material.
• Use another person's identity or payment method without lawful authority.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, deficient, wrongly described, spurious, or undelivered goods.

To the extent permitted by law, Kala Jaaga is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse, or delay caused by events outside reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and mandatory jurisdiction, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version in force when an order is placed will generally govern that order unless a legal change requires otherwise.
